How We Work
We Don’t Just Recommend. We Implement.
From diagnosis to results, we work directly with salespeople, leaders and management to turn what we discover into changes that show up in behavior and performance.
Methodology
Five Stages. In Order.
Each stage prepares what comes next. We understand before we recommend, develop people before asking for change, and implement before measuring the result.
-
We Understand Before We Intervene.
We observe the team as it actually operates: people, leadership, behaviors, results and the context in which they occur.
The objective is to understand what is really happening within the team and what sits behind the results we see.
-
We Determine Where the Intervention Can Create the Greatest Impact.
We identify what needs to change, develop or be reinforced and define priorities together with management. We understand the company’s direction, the standards it wants to build and how those standards currently reach the people in the team.
We do not try to change everything at once. We determine what matters most, where to begin and what we want to achieve.
-
We Prepare People for Change.
We work with salespeople and their leaders through training, practice, feedback and coaching adapted to real situations within the team.
The objective is not only for people to understand what they need to do, but to develop the mindset, confidence and ability to do it regardless of the circumstances.
-
We Turn What We Have Worked on into Day-to-Day Behavior.
We work alongside the team so that change moves from training into customer conversations, ways of working and leadership.
Here we also track whether the direction and standards set at management level are understood and reinforced in the team’s daily behavior.
An idea understood in a training session becomes valuable only when it begins to show up in what people do every day.
-
We Track Whether the Change Produces Results.
We analyze the evolution of behavior and performance, identify what still needs to be reinforced and adjust the intervention where necessary.
We do not only track whether people attended or understood. We track what changed after the intervention and what still needs to be developed for progress to continue.
Where Is Performance Being Lost in Your Team?

The intervention
We Don’t Adapt the Team to the Program. We Adapt the Intervention to the Team.
We do not start with a program and try to fit the company into it. We start with the team.
Two teams can have the same results and completely different causes. In one case, the constraint may sit in people’s mindset or confidence. In another, it may be execution in front of the customer, leadership, team standards or the way the company’s direction reaches the people in the field.
That is why diagnosis and observation come before the solution.
Based on what we discover, we build the intervention using the right combination of training, coaching, leadership development, implementation and the tools required to sustain change.
We do not apply the same solution to problems that only look the same.
We Start with Your Team.
Tell me what is happening today, which results you want to improve and where you feel things are getting stuck. You do not need to have the solution already. We begin by understanding the problem.
