Privacy Policy

BG Performance Systems SRL operates this website. This policy sets out what the site does and does not collect.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, loads no third-party scripts or embeds, and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from this domain. No profiling or tracking takes place.

The contact form

Submitting the form sends what you typed to this website, which forwards it immediately by email to our mailbox and keeps no copy. There is no database and no record of your message on this site. If that delivery fails for any reason, your own email application opens instead and nothing is transmitted at all.

Forwarding is carried out by Resend (resend.com), acting as our processor. Our hosting provider and Resend process the message in transit for the purpose of delivering it, under their own terms. The fields collected are your name, your company if you give one, your email address and what you write.

The message you send reaches our mailbox, hosted with Google Workspace, and is used solely to reply to your enquiry. It will not be sold, shared for marketing, or used to profile you.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard server access logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability. These are held by the provider under their own retention policy and are not used by us for analytics or marketing.

The sales performance diagnostic

The self-assessment runs entirely in your browser. The scoring is arithmetic on the page; your answers are not written to your device and are not sent to us. Reloading the page loses them, which is the honest trade for a tool that stores nothing.

The result can be turned into a link so it can be shown to a colleague. Your answers are encoded inside that link, in the part after the #, which browsers never send to a server — not ours, not our host’s. It reaches only the people you send it to, and anyone holding it can open the profile. Treat it the way you would treat any internal document.

If you choose to email the profile with an enquiry, it reaches us the same way any other message does, and is covered by the section on the contact form above.

Links to WhatsApp and other services

This site links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram. Nothing from those services is embedded or loaded here, so no data reaches them while you are reading this page, and no cookie is set on their behalf.

If you follow one of those links you leave this site, and from that point the service's own terms and privacy policy apply. Writing to us on WhatsApp means WhatsApp, and therefore Meta, processes that conversation, and your phone number becomes visible to us. If you would rather not use it, email and the contact form reach exactly the same person.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict its processing. Write to bogdan@bgperformance.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.

Changes to this policy

If this site later adds analytics, a booking tool or any other third-party service, this policy will be updated and consent obtained before that service goes live.
