Before You Book
Do I need to know what my team needs already?
No. In fact, that is one of the reasons for the initial conversation. You can come with the result you want to improve, a situation you are observing, or simply the sense that the team could perform better. We begin by understanding what is happening.
Is the first conversation a consulting session?
It is an approximately 30-minute conversation about the team, context and objectives. The purpose is to see whether there is a problem I can have a real impact on and whether it makes sense to continue.
Do you work only with teams in Romania?
No. My professional experience was built in international environments, and projects can be delivered both in Romania and internationally.
Which languages can we work in?
Projects can be delivered in Romanian and English and, depending on the context, we can also work in Italian or French.
What happens after the first conversation?
If we see that there is a fit and that I can contribute meaningfully, we agree on the next step needed to understand the situation more deeply. Not every conversation needs to become a project, and I do not recommend an intervention before I understand the problem well enough.
